The Pioneer PLX-500 features a high-torque motor capable of at least 1.6 kg/cm of torque, reaching 33-1/3 rpm in one second or less. This ensures quick start-ups and precise control, ideal for personal listening and DJing at parties or clubs.
Designed to reproduce high-quality vinyl sound, the PLX-500 uses the shortest possible audio routing from the stylus to the outputs to minimize distortion. The phono/line switch allows for flexible connections to DJ mixers, sound systems, or powered speakers without needing a turntable preamp.
The USB port on the PLX-500 allows for high-quality digital recordings directly to your Mac or PC. This feature makes it easy to digitize your vinyl collection for archival purposes or for playing on digital devices.
The PLX-500 comes with all the accessories needed to start spinning records immediately. It includes a headshell with a cartridge and stylus, a slip mat, a dust cover with a jacket stand, a balance weight, a shell weight, an EP record adapter, power cord, USB cable, and an audio adapter cable.
