The Allen & Heath SQ-5 professional digital mixer is built around the high-performance 96kHz XCVI FPGA processing engine, providing ultra-low latency and pristine audio quality for demanding live and studio applications. With support for 48 input channels and 17 motorized faders, the SQ-5 offers hands-on control in a compact footprint ideal for touring, venues, and production studios. Its 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, combined with a fast drag-and-drop interface and assignable SoftKeys, ensures an intuitive and efficient workflow.

The console includes 8 stereo FX engines with dedicated stereo returns, along with comprehensive channel processing featuring parametric EQ, dynamics, and real-time RTA. A built-in 32×32 USB audio interface supports multitrack recording, live streaming, and virtual soundchecks, while SQ-Drive enables direct USB recording without a computer. Integrated Automatic Mic Mixing simplifies multi-microphone setups, making the SQ-5 ideal for conferences and broadcast environments. With SLink expansion, optional Dante or Waves cards, and ME personal monitoring system compatibility, the SQ-5 is a highly flexible and future-ready digital mixing solution.

Assignable Soft Keys streamline custom workflows and frequently used functions. This ergonomic design significantly improves speed and efficiency during live mixing.

Advanced FX and Channel Processing

The mixer includes 8 stereo FX engines with high-quality reverbs, delays, and modulation effects derived from Allen & Heath’s premium libraries.
