The Arturia PolyBrute is a 6-voice polyphonic analog synthesizer with advanced morphing capabilities, enabling seamless transitions between two preset states. It features the Morphee touchpad for intricate control, two analog VCOs, dual filters (Steiner and Ladder), three envelope generators, and three LFOs. The rear panel includes various I/O options and MIDI connectivity. PolyBrute Connect software provides bidirectional control with DAW integration. The synthesizer’s design combines a robust metal frame with luxurious dark walnut accents, making it ideal for studio and stage use.

Morphing Technology

PolyBrute's morphing technology allows seamless transitions between two preset states (A and B) within a single sound, enabling intricate sound manipulation. Combined with the Morphée 3D touchpad, users can control morphing across the X, Y, and Z axes, offering dynamic and expressive sound shaping capabilities.

Comprehensive Modulation Capabilities

With three envelope generators (two ADSR and one DADSR) and three syncable LFOs, PolyBrute offers extensive modulation options. The 12x32 modulation matrix allows flexible signal routing, enabling users to assign performance controllers and modulation sources to various parameters for complex and evolving sounds.

Integrated Digital Effects and Sequencer

PolyBrute includes built-in digital effects such as modulation (chorus, phaser, flanger, ring mod), delay (BBD, digital), and reverb (hall, plate, spring). The 64-step polyphonic sequencer and advanced arpeggiator enable users to create intricate patterns and automate parameter changes, enhancing live performance and studio production.

Filters for Enhanced Sound Sculpting

PolyBrute features two filters: a 2-pole Steiner-Parker filter and a 4-pole Ladder filter. The Steiner filter includes sweepable slope types and Brute Factor feedback control, while the Ladder filter offers gain compensation and asymmetrical distortion. Users can run these filters in series, parallel, or a combination, providing versatile options for sound design.
